I have over 16 years’ experience in strategic marketing and business development. I specialise in building and optimising marketing functions - whether that’s setting up demand generation, refining brand positioning, or implementing the right tech stack to scale.I work primarily with scale ups in the B2B space, and am typically brought in when companies are ready to professionalise and scale.

  • PushFar: A PE-backed HR SaaS platform, needed a scalable demand generation function to win enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) and align sales and marketing. I built the demand engine from scratch, delivered ICP-led campaigns and sales enablement, increasing leads by 70% and doubling inbound pipeline contribution within four months.
  • Eleven Writing - A PE-backed content marketing scale-up, needed clearer positioning and predictable inbound demand. I supported the leadership team on growth strategy, built buyer-led content clusters and SEO-driven campaigns, and implemented a scalable MarTech stack. The business sharpened its positioning and increased inbound lead generation by 80%.
  • The Salocin Group - A PE-backed tech and data consultancy, needed faster growth and unified positioning across its brands. I led a data-led demand generation strategy, delivered a group rebrand and HubSpot consolidation, and optimised paid and organic performance. MQLs grew 600% in under a year, strengthening investor confidence and market presence.
  • Jordans Corporate Law (now Vistra)- A new venture within the Jordans Group, required a full go-to-market launch. I developed the launch strategy, positioning and integrated B2B campaigns across digital, content and multi-channel marketing. The business launched with a clear market presence, cohesive messaging and a scalable foundation for growth.

Some fun facts about me...

  1. In my spare time, I’m training in counselling and as a Mountain Leader, with the longer-term aim of combining the two to help people connect outdoors and with each other.
  2. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors - trail running, hiking, wild swimming, paddleboarding or kayaking.
  3. During my first week in my first-ever marketing role at Media Wales, I found myself managing a visit from the Prince of Wales - no pressure!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
