Core Mentoring
£750+VAT per month
Includes:
✓ 2 sessions per month
✓ 3-month minimum commitment
Best for: ambitious marketers stepping into Head of Marketing or Marketing Director-level responsibility who want regular senior support, challenge, and development continuity.

Leadership Mentoring
£1,500 +VAT per month
Includes:
✓ 4 sessions per month
✓ 3-month minimum commitment
Best for: marketers operating significantly above their current level, managing more complex stakeholder environments, or needing closer support through a high-pressure transition.

What’s included in mentoring
Each mentoring plan is designed to provide structured access to senior marketing judgement, not generic coaching or ad hoc advice.
Sessions typically focus on areas such as:

- Strategic thinking and prioritisation.

- Confidence in more senior situations.
- Handling complexity, pressure, and ambiguity.

All ongoing plans include:

✅ 90-minute sessions.

✅ Reasonable email support between sessions.

How the mentoring relationship works
Mentoring is designed to be practical, confidential, and rooted in the real demands of the role. That means the focus is usually on:

The relationship is structured enough to create continuity, but flexible enough to stay useful as the role evolves.
For ongoing plans, the minimum commitment is 3 months, after which the arrangement moves to a rolling monthly basis. This gives enough time for meaningful progress while keeping the commitment manageable.
