At the heart of our Marketing Mentorship Program is the dedication to providing guidance that caters to the unique needs of your marketing team members. We understand that each individual has different skill sets, aspirations, and areas for improvement. Through our mentoring, they will have access to a dedicated mentor who will work closely with them to identify their strengths, address their challenges, and develop a customised growth plan. This personalised approach ensures that their development journey is meaningful, impactful, and aligned with your business objectives.

Flexible Engagement Options

Our Marketing Mentorship Program gives you the freedom to choose the duration and intensity of the mentorship experience based on the specific needs of the individual. This flexibility allows you to optimise your resources while ensuring that your team members receive the support and guidance they require.

Our flexible engagement empowers you to choose how you use your time each month. Maybe eight blocks of 30 minute light-touch sessions is all that is needed, or you can decide upon a more intensive session of two blocks of 2 hour sessions. Simply agree the schedule with your Mentor at the introductory session and go from there.

What's Included:

• Free introductory 60-minute session with a VCMO Mentor to discuss development needs and goals.
• 4 hours of 1:1 mentoring per month - time pattern to be agreed with VCMO Mentor.
• Remote delivery through MS Teams with option to record sessions.
• Access to special rates of supplementary training through our training partners.
• Email/phone support with the VCMO Mentor for the duration of the mentoring agreement (fair use policy applies).

What Does the Mentoring Program Cost?

Our pricing structure is straightforward. We charge a flat rate, which is the same no matter the size of your company, seniority of the mentee, or geographic location.

Mentoring Program - Terms & Conditions

• You enter into a minimum 3-month Retainer Agreement consisting of 4 mentor hours per month.
• Everyone enrolling on the Marketing Mentorship Program will be required to sign our Mutual Confidentiality Agreement. This reassures that information regarding your business remains strictly confidential.
• A Cancellation Fee applies if less than 4 weeks' notice is given (see Cancellation Policy below).
• Before mentoring begins, you must accept our standard Terms of Business.
• Invoices will be sent after a series of four mentor hours have been used.
• Payment for invoices is expected upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the Retainer Agreement before the minimum 3-month term, a Cancellation Fee will apply as follows:

• More than 4 weeks' written notice: No Cancellation Fee.
• Less than 4 weeks' written notice: Cancellation Fee equivalent to 1 month.
