Transparency is at the core of our pricing policy. We provide a visible breakdown of our pricing structure on all of our service pages, outlining our standard charge, associated costs, discounts, as well as any conditions that apply. This transparency builds trust and fosters a strong relationship between us helping you understand the value you receive for your marketing investment.
Equitable Pricing.
Our pricing approach is structured around a standard daily rate, which increases as your business scales. Our philosophy recognises that smaller, early-stage companies often have simpler marketing requirements and limited budgets compared to larger, established enterprises. We use the UK government’s definition of ‘SME’ to distinguish company size.
Our standard day rate is as follows:
Small Businesses
Less than 50 employees; annual turnover under £8.5m or €10m:
£750 +VAT per day / €900 / $950;
Medium-Sized Businesses
Less than 250 employees; annual turnover under £43m or €50m:
£1,000 +VAT per day / €1,200 / $1,300;
Large Enterprises
Over 250 employees; annual turnover exceeding £43m or €50m:
£1,300 +VAT per day / €1,500 / $1,700.
Affordability.
Thanks to our virtual setup, we don't have the overheads of physical offices or traditional payroll, which means we can offer our marketing services at prices that are much more budget-friendly compared to the permanent headcount of a CMO.

FAQ’s
The prices for our audits and marketing courses are set and cannot be changed. But, if you're looking to hire a Fractional Marketing Executive with a specific Scope of Work under our Fixed Pricing Plan, there's room to agree on a fixed price rather than a daily rate. This approach adds flexibility, allowing for budget adjustments and providing more predictable costs.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for our Flex Pricing Plan where you are billed only for the completed days of service. For our Retain Pricing Plan, which involves a minimum 3-month agreement (or 12 hire days), a Cancellation Fee equal to two hire days will be charged if less than four weeks’ written notice is served. If more than four weeks’ notice is given, no charge applies. This ensures fairness and accountability in honouring the contractual commitments. For businesses experiencing higher levels of variability or change, our Flex Pricing Plan is typically recommended for greater flexibility and adaptability.
The complexity of marketing needs varies between large enterprises and early-stage scaleups. Our pricing structure reflects the level of expertise and impact required for different scales of business. As the demands and challenges increase with larger organisations, the higher day rate accounts for the additional value and resources necessary to meet their unique requirements.
No, we do not operate on hourly billing or charge extra for additional hours worked by our Fractional Marketing Executives. Unlike many professional services firms, we do not track time or operate "on the clock." We focus on delivering the agreed-upon project objectives within the defined timeline and fee. Our experts work a standard business day and are committed to achieving the desired outcomes.
While the hours may vary from day to day, they will balance out over the course of the engagement. Any significant changes in scope will be discussed during ongoing supplier-client discussions, ensuring transparency and value alignment. If you have concerns about the level of value provided by your Fractional marketing Executive, you can escalate the matter to our Founder.
